Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Registration Confirmation

Once a payment is successfully completed for any workshop, session, or service, the registration is considered confirmed and a legally binding transaction is created between you and The Raven Security.

2. Cancellation Requests

After completing a transaction, cancellation is not automatic and will only be considered where specifically permitted on the relevant workshop page or under exceptional circumstances.

Any cancellation request submitted by a user will be reviewed at our sole discretion. We may request additional details before taking a decision on such requests.

3. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered only in the following cases:

• the workshop or service does not match the description provided on the website;
• the workshop is cancelled by us and no suitable alternative is provided;
• there is a duplicate payment for the same registration;
• there is a genuine payment-related issue verified by us.

Refunds will not be issued merely because:

• the user changes their mind after payment;
• the user is unable to attend the live session;
• the user fails to join due to internet, device, or personal scheduling issues;
• the user did not read the workshop details properly before registering.

4. Refund Request Timeline

Any refund request must be submitted within 3 days from the date of the transaction, or within such other period as may be specifically mentioned on the relevant workshop page, provided that such period shall not be less than 3 days.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, the user must contact us with:

• full name;
• registered email address;
• transaction details;
• workshop name;
• a clear and specific reason for the refund request;
• any supporting proof or information, if required.

6. Review of Refund Requests

All refund requests will be reviewed by The Raven Security. Approval or rejection of a refund request will be determined at our discretion after reviewing the reason provided, the applicable workshop terms, and any supporting information shared by the user.

We reserve the right to request additional details before making a final decision.

7. Rescheduling or Changes by Us

If a workshop is rescheduled, materially changed, or cancelled by The Raven Security, we may, at our discretion:

• offer access to the rescheduled session;
• offer a transfer to another relevant workshop;
• offer a refund, where applicable.

8. Processing of Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed back through the original payment method or another appropriate method, depending on the payment channel used.

Refund processing timelines may vary depending on banks, payment gateways, and third-party payment providers.
